This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at PicaBean Coffee House, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at PicaBean Coffee House for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time, as we deem necessary. Please check back periodically to review the changes. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications shall signify your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
Cash On Delivery
Upon delivery, only cash payments will be accepted - any other modes of payment such as personal cheques will not be accepted.
PicaBean Coffee House offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, up to a maximum amount of P2,000.00 per cart.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. PicaBean Coffee House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
In case the shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website or sales channels.
Pricing
PicaBean Coffee House tries to advertise the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information on the products offered on the web site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing error. If you have placed an order for a product whose price was posted incorrectly, we will either not process or cancel your order. Should this happen, we will notify you via email.
Shipping and Delivery
PicaBean Coffee House aims to deliver your orders within the 1-2 days for Metro Cebu area, 2-3 days outside Metro Cebu and Cebu Province locations and 5-7 business days Nationwide after every successful payment.
Our delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Saturdays.
PicaBean Coffee House delivers Nationwide. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of the Philippines will not be fulfilled.
Once your order has been packed and prepared, you will receive a Shipment Notification email to let you know that your package has been sent, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package and the tracking number. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD), you will receive an email with instructions containing pertinent details (e.g. amount to be paid, delivery address).
When order is received, the recipient is required to sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the items were received in good condition.
We reserve the right to request the recipient to furnish a government-issued ID to validate their identity before releasing the order.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by PicaBean Coffee House.
Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.
We will not be held liable for any loss, damage, mishandling of your package by our affiliated courier.
Payment
All products remain PicaBean Coffee House’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through PicaBean Coffee House are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with, or that we obtain will be handled by PicaBean Coffee House as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to PicaBean Coffee House and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request PicaBean Coffee House to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the PicaBean Coffee HouseConditions, you agree to the above.
